Trồng răng Implant toàn hàm là cách cấy ghép 4 hoặc 6 trụ Implant để thay thế chân răng đã mất, qua đó giúp phục hình hàm răng cho bệnh nhân mất nhiều răng, sắp mất toàn bộ hay mất răng toàn hàm, chủ yếu xảy ra ở giai đoạn trung niên hoặc người cao tuổi. Chức năng	Khôi phục chức năng ăn nhai chỉ khoảng 30 – 40%. Hàm lỏng lẻo, dễ rơi rớt, bất tiện trong sinh hoạt hàng ngày.	Khôi phục khả năng ăn nhai đến hơn 90%, giúp bệnh nhân lấy lại cảm giác ăn uống ngon miệng.
Tiêu xương hàm	Hàm giả tháo lắp không ngăn ngừa được tình trạng tiêu xương do mất răng. Sau khi cắm Implant, thuốc tê sẽ hết tác dụng và có thể khiến khách hàng cảm thấy khó chịu. Tuy nhiên không phải ai cũng gặp triệu chứng này. Để giảm thiểu tối đa, khách hàng hãy thực hiện đúng theo chỉ định và lời khuyên của bác sĩ:

Uống thuốc: Dùng thuốc giảm đau đúng giờ, đúng liều lượng.

Ăn uống:

Ăn đồ chín, mềm, nguội (cháo, bún, phở,…).
Ăn thịt gà, trứng, sữa chua,… để thúc đẩy vết thương nhanh lành.
Không ăn đồ quá nóng, quá cay hoặc quá cứng.
Hạn chế ăn các món hải sản để tránh nguy cơ sưng do kích ứng.
Tuyệt đối không sử dụng chất kích thích, bia rượu.
Không ăn nhai bất cứ thứ gì trong vòng 1 giờ sau khi trồng răng Implant.

Vệ sinh răng miệng:

Dùng nước muối súc họng sau mỗi bữa ăn.
Khi đánh răng, hạn chế tác động vào vị trí phẫu thuật.

Thói quen:

Không khạc nhổ để tránh tình trạng chảy máu.
Tránh vận động mạnh trong 1-2 tuần đầu sau phẫu thuật. Đặc biệt đối với khách hàng ghép xương, nâng xoang thì càng chú ý điều này.
Với khách hàng lớn tuổi thì nên có con, cháu hoặc người nhà trực tiếp chăm sóc.
