Răng sứ kim loại

Đây là loại răng có chi phí thấp nhất, được tạo thành từ hợp kim Crom – Niken hoặc Crom – Coban. Độ bền của răng sứ kim loại dao động từ 3-5 năm.

Về ưu điểm:

Răng sứ kim loại chịu lực khá tốt, giúp người bệnh ăn nhai chắc chắn, khôi phục chức năng gần như răng thật.
Bề mặt bên ngoài được phủ lớp sứ mỏng nên răng có màu sắc tự nhiên, nâng cao tính thẩm mỹ cho nụ cười.
Chi phí điều trị thấp.

Về nhược điểm:

Răng sứ kim loại dễ bị sẫm màu ở phần cổ răng sát viền nướu.
Nếu được ánh sáng chiếu qua thì dễ dàng nhìn thấy ánh đen kim loại bên trong răng sứ.
Tăng nguy cơ kích ứng mô mềm trong khoang miệng.

Răng sứ Titan

Răng sứ Titan có cùng cấu trúc với răng sứ kim loại, thời gian sử dụng lâu dài, khoảng từ 5 – 10 năm trở lên (nếu được chăm sóc tốt).

Về ưu điểm:

Bọc răng sứ Titan cho màu sắc, hình dáng và kích thước giống với răng thật, đảm bảo tính thẩm mỹ nụ cười.
Răng sứ Titan có trọng lượng nhẹ hơn so với răng thông thường. Đảm bảo tương thích sinh học cao với nướu, ngăn ngừa nguy cơ kích ứng.

Về nhược điểm:

Khung sườn của răng sứ Titan là hợp kim – kim loại nên dễ bị đen viền nướu dưới tác động của oxy hóa.

Răng toàn sứ

Đây là loại răng có lớp sườn bên trong làm từ 100% sứ sinh học, không có thành phần của kim loại. Tuổi thọ của răng toàn sứ cao, có thể lên đến 10 – 20 năm.

Về ưu điểm:

Màu sắc của răng toàn sứ trong suốt, trắng sáng tự nhiên giống như răng thật, đảm bảo tính thẩm mỹ tối ưu.
Không xảy ra hiện tượng đen viền lợi khi chiếu quang.
Tương thích sinh học cao với nướu, an toàn và phù hợp với mọi cơ địa.
Răng toàn sứ chịu lực tốt hơn răng thật gấp 5 lần, giúp người bệnh thoải mái thưởng thức món ăn yêu thích.
Có khả năng chống lại quá trình ăn mòn của axit, giảm kích thích mô mềm, hạn chế hôi miệng, viêm nha chu và cho hiệu quả phục hình nhanh hơn.

Về nhược điểm:

Chăm sóc răng miệng thường xuyên

Tập thói quen vệ sinh răng miệng tối thiểu 2 lần/ngày, nhất là sau khi ăn và trước khi đi ngủ. Bàn chải vệ sinh phải chọn loại lông mềm, khi chải chú ý thực hiện nhẹ nhàng theo chiều dọc xoay. Ngoài ra, người bệnh nên sử dụng chỉ tơ nha khoa sau mỗi bữa ăn, để loại bỏ mảng bám đọng lại trên kẽ răng nhưng không gây tổn thương đến nướu.

Không ăn nên ăn đồ quá cứng, quá nóng hoặc quá lạnh

Dù là răng thật hay răng được bọc sứ, khi tiêu thụ thực phẩm quá cứng, quá nóng hoặc quá lạnh, nguy cơ mẻ răng và hư răng đều như nhau. AIDent khuyến khích người bệnh không nên sử dụng các loại thức ăn có chất dính như caramel, kẹo cao su, kẹo dẻo hoặc thức ăn nhiều đường như cà phê, nước ngọt có gas. Đây là “thủ phạm” khiến răng bị xỉn màu, hoặc trong một số trường hợp, nếu cắn phải đồ ăn quá cứng có thể làm cho răng sứ bể, vỡ.

Kiểm tra định kỳ

Định kỳ 6 tháng 1 lần, người bệnh nên tái khám ở cơ sở điều trị, để Bác sĩ có thể kiểm tra tình trạng răng của bạn, xem xét sau một thời gian răng có gặp phải vấn đề phát sinh nào không.
